Bryan

Bryan, our beloved eldest son, went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, April 1 2025 after a 3 year battle with intestinal cancer. Its a relief and a blessing to know he is now with Jesus, out of pain and enjoying Christ, which is far better. We, his sorrowing family are the ones feeling the pain of separation, but as Bryan said one time a few months ago, ‘It wont be that long till we are all united again’ and he wont notice the time since ‘a day with the Lord is as 1,000 years.’ He trusted Jesus as a 5 year old and God was faithful to him right to the end. If you want to add a memory which will be available later for his family, then please do so. Further details of the venues etc for the funeral relay to other venues will be available soon. Sincere thanks to all who prayed us through, provided meals, visited the home, sent cards and messages or encouraged us in any way and held up our arms in support. We really appreciate it all and have known that Amazing Grace that only God can give throughout this entire time.

Reading your prayer letter again. Praying for you David and Wilma as you come to terms with the new normal and working through the grieving process. Not something you ever get over but by God’s grace you can learn to leave it with the Lord. Bryan was a wonderful person who has left precious memories for everyone. My special memory is when Bryan helped you David to baptise Willie and I in Lough Erne at Knockninny Quay. I know you had suggested holding me down a bit longer but that’s another story! Cherish every precious memory. Absent from the body, present with the Lord
